-Expo days-

It is now at lest 1.5 months since the big move. Needless to say many of us have been serving tirelessly and I must say I really feel for my people. Am a tad worried that they might burn out. Then again everyone's capacity has truly been stretched to the max recently. Work has not really changed in terms of commitment but I have this vision that my GB company will attain the Gold award this year. And as I was telling Cass and You Mei, I shall apply UM's admin process to my company as well. Haha..so on top of my weekly de-brief to my ushers, I also de-brief my girls each time we have a parade. Attendance is now watched closely with a similar system to UM where my girls have to inform me beforehand by Wed if they are unable to come for Fri's parade. Cass said 80 will be so proud of me..hm, I think most of the SLs might find me mad. But hey, it's about making a difference in the marketplace.

Truly this year I've set so many goals for various aspects of my life. The past few months have not been easy and truly I've not been as prepared as I would like to be. Over the next few months, I must learn to rely more on His strength and less of my own.

It is now 12.41am and I am still doing some UM admin. Yes life will never be the same again now that my vision for 2005 has really come to pass. But it is now time for a new vision and also to expand my capacity + raise up more leaders! ;p
